Now in its eleventh year, our annual NED Debate returns this November— in association with NEDA, this lively event tackles boardroom issues head-on through formal debate, open-floor participation, and real-time shifts in opinion as the discussion unfolds.

This year’s motion invites a timely and thought-provoking examination of the UK’s corporate governance landscape. With increasing scrutiny on boardroom accountability, transparency, and risk culture, the debate will challenge attendees to consider whether current governance frameworks truly serve their intended purpose, or if reform is overdue. Expect a lively exchange of ideas as our expert panel explores the realities behind the rhetoric, drawing on deep experience across regulation, leadership, and governance reform.
