About Manager Ideas Exchange
The Manager Ideas Exchange (MiX) global series is designed specifically for the asset management community, providing a distinctive platform to share insights and collaborate on the most critical challenges facing asset owners. MiX is differentiated by its ability to connect big-picture change directly to manager research, asset allocation and real portfolio decisions, offering practical transparency into how investment insight translates to the movement of capital and asset manager appointments.
Our 2026 theme is ‘The New Paradigm.’ A new global paradigm is taking shape, redefining geopolitics, economic systems and financial markets. The implications of this new paradigm are broad and far-reaching. It is changing how savers seek to invest, how resilient portfolios are constructed, and how asset managers derive sustainable competitive advantage. MiX will explore the new paradigm through a global and local lens, covering timely and relevant topics, while embedding them into broader discussions on portfolio construction, manager research, and how asset managers partner with WTW. As always, we will dig into the key trends influencing savers, including the ongoing reimagination of pensions and convergences across institutional, wealth and retail clients.
Building on last year’s strong momentum, in 2026 we will host three in-person conferences in London, Chicago and, for the first time, Dubai, alongside two virtual events.
Our MiX series provides unmatched transparency into our investment approach, highlighting how we manage $186.9bn1 in delegated assets globally and advise on $3.6tn2 in total assets. Each conference will feature engaging presentations, interactive discussions and valuable networking opportunities, designed to spark innovation, collaboration and connection. We will explore the new paradigm, harnessing the combined expertise of WTW and the asset managers in the room to turn insight into actionable strategies that support better outcomes for savers.
MiX Global Partner package
Priced at USD 51,150 plus applicable taxes, the global partner package includes:
Four delegate passes
Access for up to four delegates from the same firm to attend any combination of three live global conferences. For example, you could send two delegates to London, one to North America, and one to Dubai.
Virtual events
Participation in two virtual sessions focused on key industry topics, with access for up to five delegates per firm.
Four 1on1 Meetings
Preferential scheduling when selecting a WTW representative for four 1on1 meetings per conference
Private breakfast session
Join an exclusive breakfast at each of the regional conferences for targeted networking with WTW colleagues
B2B meeting
WTW will organize a tailored business-to-business meeting outside the conference, such as a WTW leader presenting to your board or senior team (one per year).
Virtual pitch submission
Submit a single idea, product, or thought leadership piece within two weeks post-conference, reviewed by WTW subject matter experts.
WTW research assessments
Choose one complimentary research assessment - investment due diligence, operational due diligence, or sustainable investment.
Global Partners must select an eligible product by September 30, 2026, and submit the required data to Invest Connect, WTW's proprietary platform, in a timely manner. If the asset manager fails to provide the necessary data, WTW will deliver a research assessment based on available data by December 31, 2026.
WTW research assessments are available for most liquid strategies. Some illiquid and alternative mandates may not be eligible.
Research assessments and ratings are valid for one year.
WTW aims to deliver the output within six weeks of receiving the data, or within eight weeks of any submission deadlines.
